By purchasing my services, you are automatically agreeing to the terms in this document.Violation to these terms will lead to a strike, after 3 strikes you will be blacklisted and I will no longer accept requests from you.GENERAL- Commissions are for Personal Use ONLY unless Commercial Rights are purchased. (Additional fees will apply depending on the service)
- My artwork may be used for personal display such as profile pictures, banners, posting on Socials with Credit, or printing for yourself, but may not be used for profit without prior agreement.
- AI/NFT use is strictly prohibited. My work may not be used in AI datasets, engines, or minted as NFTs.
- I reserve the right to decline commissions outside my abilities or for subjects I will not draw.
- There will be 2-3 free revisions (sketch to flat coloring). Any additional revisions cost 10 EUR each before I continue the process.
- Communication is via VGen chat, discord or where the client prefers.I WILL DRAW:1. OC (Original Character(s))- Feral and Anthro (Mainly Feline and Canine characters)
- Humans/ Hybirds (still learning, so I might struggle a bit)

- OC x Canon
- OC with friend's OC(s) (please state this in your request)2. THEMES- Mild gore (wounds, bruises, injuries, etc)
- Ship artI WILL NOT DRAW:- NSFW/ suggestive themes
- Offensive and hateful symbols and messages
- Mecha, Full armour
- Problematic themes and pairsPAYMENTS and REFUNDSPayments & Fees
- Payments should be paid within 72hrs after the invoice is sent unless we agreed otherwise or the service stated is upfront payment.
- A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) fee of 40EUR applies if you request that I do not post your commission publicly or use it as part of my Portfolio.
- Design Complexity fee is between 10-50EUR for most all Commissions.
- Streamer Commercial Use is an additional 25EUR.
- Please inform me about making physical merchandise within the request form so we can discuss a quote.Refunds
- I will refund if the commission cannot be completed or it is not within my ability to create. You will be informed before refund is conducted.
- I may cancel and refund a commission at any time.
- You may cancel before payment.
- After full payment is received, refunds are no longer available.
- Chargebacks are prohibited.Filing a chargeback will:
- Forfeit your rights to use the artwork.
- Place you on a public blacklist (with evidence).
- Allow me to resell or reuse the artwork as I see fit.
- Result in a formal complaint against you.REVISIONS- Revisions are available during the sketch, lining, and flat coloring phases.
- Once each of these are approved, no further changes will be made unless due to an error on my part. Mistakes made by me will always be corrected with no cost.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY- Commissions will be completed within a week to 1 month, depending on the complexity, queue, health, or personal matters.
- I will keep you updated if any delays occur.
- If you would like me to complete a commission at a certain time or date, please state it in the request form.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTSI, the artist, retain all rights to the commissioned artwork. You are purchasing usage rights, not ownership of the artwork itself.I may use the artwork to:Promote myself and my services.Post on social media and in my portfolio.Create prints/merchandise (for fanart commissions only).Exceptions:If an NDA was purchased, the artwork will not be posted or used for promotional purposes.COMMISSIONER RIGHTSYou may:
- Use the artwork for personal purposes only (unless commercial rights are purchased).
- Print art for yourself. (Please ask/inform me beforehand)
- Post it in Social Medial with proper credit to me "@HanaAoi".You may NOT:- Use the artwork commercially without permission.
- Commission art/services using my Design/Work.
- Claim the artwork as your own or fail to credit me.
- Remove signatures/watermarks.
- Resell or redistribute the artwork.
- Modify the artwork without my consent.
- Use artwork purchased for Personal Use in merch, streaming, or commercial projects.BLACKLIST POLICY- Breaking these rules may result in a permanent public blacklist (with evidence).
- The blacklist may be shared with other artists.FINAL AGREEMENT- By commissioning me, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms above.
